What Is Palanca and How Do I Take Part In It?

Palanca is the Spanish word for “lever,” a tool that increases a person’s strength for performing a task requiring more than personal strength. As we use the word in Cursillo, it means intentional acts of sacrifice as encouragement and support of a fellow Christian who is working for God’s Kingdom, including a Pilgrim who is experiencing a Cursillo weekend.
