Staff Training

To be a Cursillo staff member you must have either attend a training program or previously been on staff. The staff training programs are generally held once or twice a year. They may be a one day session held at a church or at Beckwith during a Cursillo weekend.

How is a Cursillo Staff Selected

The Cursillo Lay Rectors is responsible for selecting their staff based on a criteria that include factors like

• People who attended training but have not yet been on a Cursillo Staff

• A broad spectrum of representation from Parishes across the Diocese and age groups

• Not previously been on staff for the last 2 years, except for musicians and Cursillo Commission members
